At Home Wedding: Tom & Kelly

Tom and Kelly were married at their Red Oak home on Friday.  We were on hand to capture their ceremony and family reception.  The weather was perfect and their north facing porch made a perfect outdoor studio.  Here are a few favorites from their night.

Midlothian High School Senior Mini Session: Eddie

Eddie came in recently for one of your Senior Mini Sessions.  We did a few casual shots and then Eddie in his Cap & Gown.  I'm also including a photo of Eddie we recently made for the MHS Football Banquet.  We still have openings for Senior sessions, so give us a call if you are still looking for a last minute portrait.

Midlothian Varsity Baseball vs Aledo at The Ballpark in Arlington

The Midlothian High School Varsity Baseball team took on Aledo at The Ballpark in Arlington. The weather was spectacular and the Midlothian Boys won the game. We were on hand and took over 1000 frames during the 7 innings. These are a few of our favorites, and you can order your favorites by visiting www.iveystudio.com and clicking on ORDER. Just find the MHS Baseball Links. The game will be posted to the site this weekend.

Funny Wedding Case: Judge Joe Brown

There are so many "cheap wedding photographers" floating around.  This is pretty funny, as long as you hire a pro.  If you hired this lady, not so funny.

We are so excited to announce that the Midlothian City Council Unanimously approved our rezoning request for our new lot at Main and 6th Streets.  We'll begin construction very soon and hope to have our grand opening sometime at the end of the summer.  Thanks to everyone for all of your support.

Our new address will be 402 West Main Street, Midlothian TX  76065.

Celebrate Spring - Spoiled Rotten Boutique Portraits

This past weekend, Nicole Blackmon at Spoiled Rotten Children's Boutique hosted our Annual Celebrate Spring Portrait Event. We featured our Enchanted garden set, complete with fresh flowers and live Chicks and Ducks. The kids had a blast, which is more than I can say for the chicks and ducks. I'm sure they were ready to go back to Midlothian Feed (thanks to them for loaning us the animals). Here are a few images from our event. Our next mini-session event is March 27th, here at our studio. It will be a more contemporary set, with lots of colors and fresh flowers. We will have the animals as an option for those portraits, as well.  We still have appointments open, but they are filling fast.  Call us at 972-723-2464 to book a session.

Shamrock Showdown Flyball Tournament Dog Portraits

We recently photographed dog portraits at the Shamrock Showdown Flyball Dog Tournament. We had a great time playing with all of the awesome dogs and we made a ton of new friends. If you attended the event and would like to order more photos of your dog, you can do so by visiting our website www.iveystudio.com and clicking on ORDER. Here are a few of our favorite portraits from the day.

Midlothian High School Basketball vs Red Oak

Red Oak and Midlothian played in the playoffs on Monday night. Red Oak came out ahead, but the game was close and very entertaining. We focused our cameras on the MHS Players and you can see and purchase those photos by clicking here.
